This work is for women navigating real things — health challenges, recovery,
bodies and identities in transition, and lives that don't always look the way they planned.
Women at every stage are welcome here — including those living childfree by choice
or by circumstance, those in perimenopause, menopause, and midlife transition,
and those navigating life before, during, or after an organ transplant.
You don't need to be well to begin. You just have to show up.

A private practice built around your body, your history, and what you actually need right now. For women who've felt out of place in group classes, who are working around physical limitations, or who simply want movement that feels like theirs.
Sessions are somatic and breath-centered — meaning we pay attention to what's happening inside, not just what it looks like from the outside.
Myofascial release, restorative work, and functional movement are all part of the toolkit.
